Cookie Decorating Made Simple
1. Prepare Your Fondant
- Knead your fondant until smooth and soft. PRO TIP – warm in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds if needed.
- Dust your bench with cornflour and roll to 2.5 to 3mm thickness.
2. Transfer Your Design
- Dust the stamp lightly with cornflour. PRO TIP – use a small brush for tiny areas.
- Press the stamp firmly with even pressure. PRO TIP – use a rolling pin over the top.
- Lift carefully to reveal your design.
3. Add to Your Cookie
- Use the matching cutter to trim to shape.
- Attach to your cookie. PRO TIP – mix equal parts sugar and boiling water for sugar syrup glue.
