Apple torte recipe

Ingredients for this apple torte recipe

65 grams of white sugar

125 grams of standard flour

50 grams of white sugar

3 mls of vanilla extract

65 grams of white sugar

25 grams of sliced almonds

110 grams of butter

One ml of vanilla extract

220 grams of cream cheese

One egg

6 apples that have been peeled, cored and sliced

1 gram of ground cinnamon 

 

Preparation and cooking instructions for fresh apple torte

First, heat your oven to 450 degrees F(230 degrees Celsius).

While the oven is heating, cream together the butter, the sugar, vanilla, and flour. Press this crust mixture into the flat bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set this apple torte recipe mixture aside.

In a middle sized bowl, blend the cream cheese and the sugar. Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract . Pour the cheese mixture over the crust. Toss the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Spread apple mixture over the apple torte base mixture.

Bake the apple torte for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 400 degrees F(200 degrees Celsius) and continue baking the apple torte for 25 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over top of the Christmas Apple Torte. Continue baking the apple torte until it is lightly browned on top. Cool the apple torte before removing from pan.
